Branch NewsThe roof restoration program continues. We may have triggered Murphy’s Law and so we are responsible for the worst winter weather in a long time. Sorry! But it will be worth it. March is NJ Makers Month! In addition to Makers Day, we have a number of STEAM-based programs to enjoy: mTiny robots, LEGO challenge, Python coding, Science: Baking Around the World, paper airplane-making, chess club, Little STEAMers, Big STEAMers, salt painting, and more. If you’re at least 14 years old and would like to earn volunteer hours at the library this summer, stop by! Volunteer applications are available starting this month (March), due back in May. For more information, stop by the Children’s Desk. The Branch will also be hatching chicks again this year, and the eggs will arrive sometime between March and April for approximately a month-long stay. Be sure to visit to see their progress!
