Adult Craft - No Sew Sock Turkey
Monday, November 17, 7:00 – 8:00 pm
Crafting can be relaxing, and when you craft together with someone, it can help build a friendship and a sense of community. Join us to create a no sew sock turkey. Snacks and water will be provided. For ages 18 and up.
Midday Masterpieces 
Tuesday, November 18, 2:30 – 3:30 pm
Join us for the chance to create the craft you might have missed out on the previous night. The craft for this week is a no sew sock turkey. For ages 18 and up. Registration is required.
Hooked on Yarn
Thursdays, November 6, 13 & 20, 10:00 – 11:00 am
Are you passionate about crafting with yarn and creating cozy, handmade masterpieces? Look no further! Our Hooked-on Yarn program is the perfect place for beginners and experienced crafters alike to come together and share their love for yarn art. For ages 16 and up.

Learn how to create a delicious dessert, perfect to serve on Thanksgiving Day! For ages 5 and up.

Thanksgiving Storytime
Friday, November 14, 10:00 – 10:30 am
You are invited to a special Thanksgiving Storytime program, where we will read Thanksgiving-themed books, sing songs, and create a craft that you can display on your Thanksgiving table. For ages 5 and up.

Reminiscence Kits
Reminiscence Kits are a wonderful new offering for families and caregivers. Each kit consists of a backpack filled with themed items (a DVD, photo/activity cards, busy bottle, and coloring kit) that can be used to ask questions and initiate conversations with loved ones affected by Alzheimer’s or other dementias. There are three available with themes of the 1950s, 1960s, and 1970s.
 
The kits are housed at the Hopewell Branch but may be placed on hold for pick up at any branch. Find them here in our catalog.
