Meditation and Mindfulness 
Saturday, May 2, 10:30 am
Join us in celebration of Meditation Month for a calming and restorative mindfulness and meditation class. This session will include a guided mindfulness exercise, breathwork techniques, and a chakra focused meditation designed to help balance energy, reduce stress, and deepen your sense of awareness. Perfect for beginners and experienced practitioners. Led by Debra Greenberg, certified yoga and meditation instructor. Registration is required. 
Ways to Ease Those Achy Joints
Friday, May 8, 1:30 pm
Achy joints can interfere with daily activities, making even simple movements uncomfortable. Join Anupama Anand, PT, DPT, Rehabilitation Manager- PMPH Hamilton, to learn safe and effective approaches to relieve joint pain, improve mobility, and restore function. With consistent care, patients can reduce stiffness, build strength, and get back to moving with greater ease and confidence. Registration is required.
Afternoon Tea for Mother’s Day

Dearest reader, you are cordially invited to partake in an afternoon celebrating the blessing of mothers as we engage in a splendid tea journey, hosted by Catherine Felegi. We will enjoy a tea tasting and indulge in games! We will also talk about the ways that mothers have helped transform the world of tea, just as she has changed our own worlds. Dress in your finest and bring your finest china so that you may sample from an assortment of black teas imported for this event. Registration is required.

Read to a Therapy Dog
Saturday, May 30, 10:00 am – 11:00 am
Children, ages 5 and up, accompanied by an adult, are invited to come and practice reading to our therapy dog, Chloe. Each reader will have a 15-minute session. Registration is required. Please call the library at (609) 259-2150 to register for a 15-minute session. Registration is required.
