Kid's Minecraft Play
Come play Minecraft with us!  All you need is a Minecraft Bedrock account and a compatible device (Android, iPhone, iPad, Windows 10, Console, or VR Gear). 
 
Both experienced and new players are welcomed but our Minecraft Club platform space is limited to 10 players.

Detective Pikachu Movie

Celebrate the end of "Video Game Week" with a showing of Detective Pikachu!
 
"Ace detective Harry Goodman goes mysteriously missing, prompting his 21-year-old son, Tim, to find out what happened. Aiding in the investigation is Harry's former Pokémon partner, wise-cracking, adorable super-sleuth Detective Pikachu. Finding that they are uniquely equipped to work together, as Tim is the only human who can talk with Pikachu, they join forces to unravel the tangled mystery."

Join the Caterpillar Hunter on another exciting adventure as he travels  around the world to rescue a rare endangered parrot known as the Kakapo, from New Zealand. His globe trotting quest teaches him (and the audience) about the many efforts underway to preserve precious habitats and protect the endangered species that live in them.

Starting on Memorial Day, the library will be closed on Sundays and closing at 3:00 pm on Saturdays in July & August. We will be closed on Thursday, July 4th.

Tumblebooks have been added to our kids page, as well as to the Research Databases page under Young Readers, E-books, and Books and Literature. 
 
 
 
 TumbleBooks are Story Books – Chapter Books/Read-Alongs – Non Fiction stories, plus Language Learning videos, puzzles & games created by taking existing picture books, adding animation, sound, music, and narration to produce an electronic picture book which you can read, have your child read, or have it read to them. There are even books in foreign languages!
