Reserve a Room Online

Many spaces at Middlesex County Libraries can now be reserved online!  Request use of a program room, or book offices, study rooms and meetings pods easily through our website.  Check out our getting started guide or visit our website to reserve a room now!

Tales and Trails Winter Fun!

Enjoy a walk in the snowy weather and a wintery tale! Our eight Tales and Trails locations are all featuring picture books about the experience of snow and winter.

Holiday Hours

All Middlesex County Library branches will be closed December 25 and 26. 


The following branches will be open from 10:00am until 12:00pm on December 24 and 31: Ailsa Craig, Dorchester, Ilderton, Lucan, Mt. Brydges, and Thorndale.


Strathroy will be open 9:00am until 12:00pm.

Drop-In Kids Fun

Boredom Busters: Stop by Ilderton and Strathroy during the school break to enjoy different activities.


"Craft"urday:Crafts for kids Saturdays in Dorchester.


After School Fun: Lego, crafts, games and more!  Find fun after school at Ailsa Craig, Parkhill, Glencoe, Lucan, Komoka and Ilderton.  Check the event calendar for dates and more details.

Movies at the Library

Lucan and Mt. Brydges Movie Matinees: a monthly film screening for seniors and other adults. Check the event calendar for dates and times.


Ailsa Craig Retro Movie Saturdays: Join us weekly at 11am for a family friendly film.
