Children ages 2-12 can register at their local Middlesex County Library branch. Once registered, children will get a passport to take home. Follow the path in the passport, and track each day you read for at least 20 minutes. Bring your passport with you every time you visit the library to earn prize ballots for reaching reading milestones, and to collect up to five badges for completing special tasks and activities.
Youth entering grades 8-12 can join in our self-guided Summer at the Library: Teen Edition. Visit a branch in person to pick-up your copy of the challenge form, or download and save the fillable PDF. Then, complete the reading and epic challenges listed on the form. For each challenge that you complete, you will earn a prize ballot. Prizes include a $100 gift card of your choice or an Instax Mini camera.
Adults aged 18 and older can visit their local Middlesex County Library branch to receive a Summer at the Library Reading Log and Ballot. Once a Reading Log is complete, it can be submitted to your local library branch for a chance to win our grand prize.
