October is Dyslexia Month
October is Dyslexia Month, a month to increase awareness of dyslexia and foster understanding, support, and acceptance. Middlesex County Library offers collection of decodable books to support dyslexic learners, available to all patrons through our online catalogue or browsable in person at the Strathroy Library. Explore and place holds on available titles now.

County Food Drive
Donations pour in during the holidays, but our local food banks struggle to keep their shelves stocked throughout the year. Donate non-perishable, unexpired food at your local Middlesex County Library branch and help keep our community fed! Donations accepted until October 31. |

ConnectMyHealth Registration Sessions
ConnectMyHealth provides you with an online, single access channel to view your health records from participating hospitals in Southwestern Ontario. Staff from ConnectMyHealth will be at the Strathroy Library to answer questions and help you register for the portal. Register for one of two sessions, then drop-in anytime during the two hour window.

Experience the magic of light sensory play! Using lights, shadows, and transparent materials, children can explore, imagine, and create in ways that spark curiosity and support development. No registration required — just drop in and play on any of the following dates and times!
