July's end-of-month, special, Friday morning activity will be some "whirling" water play! Bring your babies, their siblings or whoever you might be looking after that day to enjoy some fun water play!

If you find yourself with kids in need of an hour of engagement on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Friday, we have you covered with weekly Tuesday Story Time at 10:30am, Wednesday Farmers' Market activities from 10am-noon, and in-house Fun Fridays from 2-3pm. Just drop by!
Summer-Long Fairy Fun
It is "all about fairies" here at the Gravenhurst Public Library. On favourable weather days, families can visit the fairy garden outside or walk downtown Gravenhurst to follow the Fairy Trail. On any day, all are welcome to come inside to grab a Fairy Door Scavenger Hunt checklist to search for Fairy Doors on our main floor and/or write a letter to Lily, the library fairy!
Summer-Long Passive Programs
Up for trying different reads? Read-opoly will give you guided choices, within a theme, to add some fun to one of your favourite hobbies. Drop by to pick up a Read-opoly game sheet!
GPL's Children's Reading Challenge will continue to run all summer long. Pop by the library to pick up your July/August tracking sheets and submit them by August 28th to enter our prize draw!
