Discover What the Library Has to Offer

Throughout the year library employees often hear our customers say “I didn’t know the library did that!” or “I didn’t know the library had that!”  My answer to those exclamations is to invite all our residents to come see what your library can do for you.  The benchmark for truly great libraries is that they keep changing alongside their customers.  The East Brunswick Public Library has always prided itself on listening to our customers and responding to their requests.  Did you know that 50% of our book collections are purchased from customer requests?  The library staff knows that this library belongs to our residents and we take pride in constantly reevaluating our services to make sure they reflect the community’s needs.  As we enter a new calendar year, I invite all our residents to come visit your library to update your computer skills, attend a workshop, be entert ained, look for a new career, start a hobby or just be surprised by all that we can do for you!
