The Haverstraw King's Daughters Public Library celebrated its 125 + Birthday ! On Saturday, November 20th, the Haverstraw King's Daughters Public Library staff hosted a Victorian fair featuring a mini-concert, games, crafts, story time, mini golf, prizes, an ice cream social and a unique celebratory cocktail aptly named "The King's Daughter." More than 250 community members were on hand for the festivities, joined by local leaders and members of the Library Board of Trustees. Check Out the RCLS Virtual Closet Swap! Do you have leftover take and make kits that you just can't get rid of because the craft was too amazing? How about those random peacock feathers in the back of the cabinet that you don't think you'll use, but they're too cool to throw out? Now there is a solution: give them to another library! For more information click here.
