RCLS Headquarters Status
RCLS is committed to supporting its member libraries during this difficult time. Due to concerns around the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19), the RCLS office is closed and in-person events, meetings and delivery are suspended. RCLS staff are working remotely, and our services remain operational. We are accessible via e-mail and phone calls (see staff directory below) during normal business hours, Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

2020 Census News
Link Active
The Census logo and link - 2020census.gov  - now appear on every ANSER library's Enterprise opening screen. The link to the Census also appears on the opening screen of the RCLS Gateway mobile app.

RCLS Board
Talking Points
At its Monday, March 16 meeting, the RCLS Board of Trustees had the following Talking Points:
  • Although the RCLS building is closed, services will be available to member libraries remotely.
  • RCLS received a large donation in memory of Fran Thomas, a former RCLS employee and mother of Chuck Thomas, Newburgh Free Library Director.
  • The RCLS Legislative Breakfast and Annual Meeting will take place on Friday, September 25, 2020 at the Bear Mountain Inn and Conference Center.
The Talking Points will be elaborated on in the Minutes of the March Board meeting, which will be posted to the RCLS website about a week before the next regular meeting on Monday, April 20 at RCLS. The current materials are available on the website (Minutes/Financial Reports and Executive Director’s Report).
