Return of the Repair Café
The Livingston Manor Library is hosting another Repair Café! Get your broken items, torn textiles, and more repaired for FREE by a local volunteer. Repair Cafés prevent thousands of items a year from entering a landfill. | | Do you have a repair superpower!?
Volunteers are always needed. Professional repairers and talented hobbyists willing to donate their time and expertise are greatly appreciated. Whether you can fix bicycles, chairs, jewelry, or something else, please contact Peggy at pmcguire@rcls.org to offer your skills. |

RCLS ROAD TRIP
Summer is almost over, which means there are only a few more weeks to participate in the RCLS's library-themed road trip!
Library patrons have until September 8th to tour the libraries of the Ramapo Catskill Library System (RCLS) throughout Sullivan, Rockland, Orange, and Ulster counties.
Patrons are encouraged to visit as many of the 47 RCLS libraries as they can, picking up prizes along the way. A Road Trip Map and your first prize can be picked up at any RCLS library. Follow RCLS and your local library on social media for tips and tricks to exploring the area and enjoying libraries.

LMCS Food Donations
Livingston Manor Central School is running the Backpack Program, which provides children who may not have access to regular meals outside of school with non-perishables and easy-to-prepare food items. Kids are provided with food that can be taken home over weekends and holidays.
Please consider donating what you can. Items may be placed in the donation box at the library.
