Once the event goes live, they can log in their minutes for reading, and children can participate in weekly activities, and earn prizes. Tails and Tales: Music, Bubble, and Comedy ShowTuesday, June 29th, 11:00amAll Ages Via Zoom
 In partnership with Monroe Free Library, Turtle Dance Music will perform a summer reading for its viewers. The performance celebrates famous children's stories and songs about animals. Each song is accompanied by hands-on, visual, and sensory experiences designed to help kids learn and have fun at the same time. Zoom link will be provided on our website.

NASA Ambassador John Fontana will explore how the universe creates fascinating tails, such as comets and meteors as they streak across the sky, giant galaxies colliding, the star-making tails of black holes, and the tails that power our spaceships. Zoom link will be provided on our website.

During our Summer Reading Program, Children who will be in grades Kindergarten through 5th grade can participate in Page Turner Adventures, which features a wide range of activities,such as stories, crafts, recipes, and special guests! Mystery Pets! Grades K-3In Honor of our Tails and Tales theme, we are featuring a special Mystery Pet activity. After registering for our Summer Reading Program on Beanstack, and completing a required badge, children who will be in grades Kindergarten through 3rd grade this upcoming Fall can visit our Central Valley Branch, to pick up their mystery pet, and participate in activities, which can be found in their Beanstack account.
