LIMITED EXPRESS SERVICES AVAILABLE
Library patrons are permitted in the building for a total of 45 minutes, once per day. All library patrons must exit the building on or before the exit time designated when they enter.
Public computers are available
- 30-minute session, one session per person per day; Must have a valid RCLS library card
- Reservations available for HKDPL cardholders:

- Village Branch (Haverstraw): (845) 429-3445 x 10
- Due to physical distancing guidelines, staff may not come closer than 6 feet to help you with computers or other equipment
Browsing is available on a walk-in basis, based on a total maximum occupancy of 40 patrons in the Main Library and 10 patrons in the Village Branch
Copying, faxing, scanning and printing are available on a walk-in basis, space permitting
Meeting rooms, tutor rooms and study areas are not available for public use
Library telephones are not available for public use
Return all materials to the return drop outside the building unless otherwise directed

Upon entering the library, you must:
Wear a mask at all times. Face coverings are required for entry into the building. In accordance with the provisions of New York Executive Order 202.17 (as extended by subsequent Executive Orders), the Library requires that any individual over age 2, and able medically to tolerate a face covering, must cover their nose and mouth with a mask or cloth face covering when in the Library building. If a face covering would inhibit or otherwise impair an individual's health, then, in order to protect the safety and well-being of the public and Library staff, the Library offers the reasonable accommodations of curbside pickup of materials, curbside pickup of remote print jobs, reference services by telephone and online programs. No one will be permitted to enter the Library building without a face covering.
Hand hygiene. All individuals must wash or sanitize their hands before and after using library equipment or touching library materials
Practice social distancing. All individuals must maintaining 6 feet of distance from others. One person or family/group in the elevator at a time.
NOTE: These procedures must be followed even if you have received the COVID-19 vaccine.
