Public Speaking Workshop Thursday: July 3, 6:30PM-7:15PM Children's Room Kids ages 6-12, build confidence in this workshop run by Speak Up, Speak Out, a high school club that helps children develop communication skills. Firefighter Meet & Greet Tuesday: July 15, 10:30AM-11:15AM Library Front Lawn Kids, meet firefighters, and see a fire truck! A firefighting safety presentation will begin at 10:30 a.m. on the library's lawn. Bring your own picnic blanket or chair for this outdoor presentation. After the presentation, you'll have a chance to meet firefighters and see the inside of a fire truck. Our sincere thanks to the Orange County Fire Authority for making time to visit us. Donuts & Dropoff for Stuffy Sleepover Monday: July 21, 5:30PM-7:30PM Children's Room Kids ages 0-12, drop off one of your stuffed animals for a stuffy sleepover with Toad. DROP OFF WINDOW: MONDAY, JULY 21, 5:30-7:30 P.M. You'll get a donut at drop off! (While supplies last.) Your stuffed animal will have many adventures with Toad and other friends at the library, and we will give you a slideshow of the fun when you pick up your stuffed animal. If you cannot drop off your stuffed animal on July 21, then please drop it off early between July 17-19. (No donuts provided at early drop off.) PLEASE PICK UP YOUR STUFFED ANIMAL BETWEEN JULY 28-AUGUST 2. The librarians promise to keep your stuffed animal safe during the sleepover. |

Spend Summer at the Teen Space! First-Floor Teen Space Teens can now enjoy their very own space all day at the library! Whether you need a place to study, hang out with friends, make crafts, or just be, please know that there is a free space at the Library reserved just for you. The area is located on the 1st floor and is reserved for TEENS ONLY (grades 6-12), during ALL library open hours.
