Need a Reemployment Assistance application? The library is here to help!

Starting April 13 you can visit the drive thru

at the Jan Kaminis Platt Regional Library or the

to pick up a printed application

Monday - Friday between the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Then just fill it out, drop it off, and the library will mail it out for you.

*Please note: the library drive-thru will be open at this time exclusively for this service of distributing & collecting reemployment assistance applications.*

You can also print the form from home.

FedEx is also offering free printing and mailing options

for Reemployment Assistance paper applications

at many FedEx locations.
