WOW! Thank you for a Great Summer
We hope you had a fantastic time enjoying the summer fun at Seguin Public Libraries. It was a pleasure to see so many of you participating in our activities!
 
We had a total of 2680 visits and 456 program attendees.
 
Our programs included Weekly Crafts and Craft Pop Ups: Bird Feeders, Cacti, & Kaleidoscopes, Humphrey Museum Storytime, Slime Making, Family Bingo and Trivia Night, Treasure Hunts, Georgian Bay Biosphere programs, Coffee & Conversation, Foley and Christie Book Club, Stitching Sessions, and The Pilot for Seniors Strong Together for Seniors.
 
A total of 683 crafts were created and taken home.

Annual Foley Fall Fair
 
Join the Foley Agricultural Society for the Annual Foley Fall Fair, happening this Saturday, September 5th, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Foley Fair Grounds, located at 60 Rankin Lake Road, Seguin.
There is something for everyone to enjoy throughout the day. Here’s what you’ll find:
  • Horse Show — 9:00 a.m.
  • Mutt Show — 10:00 a.m.
  • Thrift Store — Open 10:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
  • Bring Your Own Remote-Controlled Car — 11:00 a.m.
  • Live Pro Wrestling — Bell times at 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.
  • Pumpkin Pie Eating Contest — 1:00 p.m.
  • Silent Auction — Ends at 4:00 p.m.
Enjoy bouncy castles, a dunk tank, kids’ games, vendors, the famous Beef on a Bun, Tiger Paw Exotics, live music, fair exhibits, and much more.
Admission: $5.00 for ages 11 and up
Ages 10 and under: Free
 
Come out, support the Foley Agricultural Society and their amazing volunteers.
