February 2026

We're excited to announce that the Seed Library of Canton

is opening on February 16!

The Seed Library's mission is to increase the ability of our community to feed itself wholesome food by being an accessible and free source of locally adapted plant seeds, supplied and cultivated by and for Haywood County and nearby area residents.

Those borrowing seeds are encouraged to plant them and then return the next generation of seeds to the Seed Library

for others to borrow.
