Northwest Reno Library
Wednesday, January 21, 5 pm
Join us for the opening reception for our new exhibit from the Nevada Center for Humanity: France and the Holocaust. We are honored to welcome Leon Malmed, author, public speaker, and survivor of the Holocaust. Curator Heidi Straus will lead tours of the exhibition starting at 4 pm.
This powerful exhibition showcases rare French artifacts loaned by the Nevada Center for Humanity’s Nevada Holocaust Museum and is being presented in the United States for the first time. This collection invites visitors to examine the complex and often conflicting choices faced by ordinary individuals during World War II. |
