Celebrate National Library Week April 19-25, 2026, with the theme “Find Your Joy” and Honorary Chair Mychal Threets! “Find Your Joy,” is an invitation for people of all backgrounds to explore and discover what sparks joy in them at the library.


National Library Week is an annual, national observance sponsored by the American Library Association and libraries across the country. This celebration highlights the valuable role libraries, librarians, and library workers play in transforming lives and strengthening our communities.

Join our library Dungeon Master and a team of adventurers for some role-playing fun. Some weeks we’ll do a short, one-shot adventure; other times you can join an ongoing campaign. Bring a character you’ve already created, or use one of ours.
