Spanish Springs Library 20th Anniversary!

The Spanish Springs Library is celebrating its 20th year. Join us this Sunday to celebrate. There will be cake and a giant birthday card for visitors to sign.


Members of the Eagle Wings Pageant Dancers will perform. Descendants of Sarah Winnemucca will speak about her life as we unveil a plaque commemorating her legacy and share a collection of artifacts from her life.

The Library Board meets regularly on the third Wednesday of each month, usually at one of the library's 12 locations. The public is welcome and encouraged to attend in person or via Zoom.

Friends of Washoe County Library is a member-supported 501(c)(3) Nevada nonprofit organization dedicated to advocating, fundraising, and providing support for the Washoe County Library System.
