Marblehead Peninsula Writing Group
February 4 & 18; 6-7:30 p.m.
Join the Marblehead Peninsula Writing Group at their bi-monthly (twice per month) meeting! Get feedback on your own writing, provide advice for other writers, and learn more about the craft. This is a supportive group, open to all levels of writers and facilitated by an experienced writing teacher. You don't have to bring any of your own writing to share; all who are interested in writing are welcome. No registration required.
Valentine Box Grab & Go
February 10-13
Do you need to make a Valentine Box for all the valentines you will be receiving? Stop in to get a Grab N Go Valentine Box Kit to take home and make that special decorated box. All supplies are included. First come, first served. Limit of 20 available kits. No registration required.
A Puzzling Competition
February 11, 6-7 p.m.
If the cold of winter has you down in the dumps, we have a "puzzling" program to perk you up: a puzzle competition! We have five identical 300-piece puzzles. Participants can work as in teams or individually.  The first to complete the puzzle (or the furthest along in 50 minutes) gets our grand prize:  Two tickets to the Marblehead Chamber of Commerce's 5th Annual Wine & Chocolate Walk on February 15. Other prizes will be available, along with drinks and snacks. Oh, and each team gets to keep their puzzle! No registration is required.
Winter Yoga
February 12-March 19, 10-11 a.m.
Join Katy Mazzeo for a one-hour yoga session at the Marblehead Branch. No experience required.  Limit of 14 participants.

Registration is required.  Either call the library 419-798-0477 or register online. Registration for the next week should open up at 10:00 a.m. on the day of each session.  Please call the library if you have any difficulties or questions.
Salty & Sweet Fest
February 21, 11 a.m.-12 p.m.
Sea salt and caramel. Chocolate pretzels. Bacon and dates. Prosciutto and melon. Sweet and sour chicken. Fries and shakes. These combinations are popular for a tasty reason. I invite you to try our take on new flavorful combinations of snacks. Now we won't have Prosciutto and melon, sweet and sour chicken, fries and shakes, or bacon and dates. But we will have some interesting foods for you to try at our Salty and Sweet Fest. No registration is required.
Marblehead Peninsula Coffee Hour
February 24, 10-11 a.m.
Join us for FREE coffee, tea, and conversation at the Marblehead Peninsula Branch Library.
The idea behind the coffee hour is to give Peninsula residents and employees a chance to talk with each other in a comfortable and civil setting. This is an open, free-form conversation. Meet your neighbors! Network with other organizations!  Our special guest this month is Brad LaMarca, Danbury Schools Resource Officer. No registration required.
