In Memory of Eva Moore

We are deeply saddened by the recent passing of Eva Moore, a longtime and much-loved member of the Muskoka Lakes Public Library family.

A familiar face at our Bala Branch for over a decade, Eva was known for her fiery spirit, tenacity, and unmistakable East Coast charm. She had a true gift for connecting with people—whether she was helping a user find the perfect book or engaging in lively banter with anyone who walked through the door.

Eva’s love for her community and her dedication to serving it left a lasting mark on all who knew her. She will be remembered with great affection and deeply missed.
