In recognition of Asian American & Pacific Islander Heritage Month, area resident Lourdes Nicholls tells the story of her family’s experience in an incarceration camp for Americans of Japanese ancestry. Hear the personal story of one family’s harrowing journey—from immigration through incarceration at the Manzanar camp, to final release—and the legacy passed on.
