Get moving with a light cardiovascular workout that combines strength and resistance training, balance, coordination, and stretching. Wear comfortable clothing. Bring water and a set of light weights if you have them. Resistance bands will be provided.
Contribute to a community mosaic art project by decorating panels of totem poles that will be displayed in the Patchogue Community Garden. All skill levels welcome.
