Pass reservations may be made up to 60 days in advance.
E-pass & Returnable Pass
Passes that are listed as an e-pass will give you the option to send a confirmation email or text directly to your email or phone immediately after you reserve them. The email or text contains instructions on how to use the pass.
Returnable passes are checked out at the library either the day before or the day of your reservation. The library card under which the reservation is made must be presented at the time the pass is checked out. The pass must then be returned to the library on your way home or by 9am the following day. You can return the pass to our outside book drop.
All patrons are asked to notify the library immediately if they are unable to use a pass on the scheduled date so it can be made available to others.
If we do not have a pass you are looking for, another SAILS library may have it available. You will need to go to that library’s museum pass site to reserve the pass, and, if it’s a returnable pass, go to the owning library for pickup and return.
