On Wednesday, January 29, at 7:00 pm, Athens cardiologist Dr. Subodh Agrawal will tell us​ ​how Americans can increase longevity and live a healthier, more connected lifestyle while reducing healthcare costs and improving quality of life. He will talk about identified factors that can contribute to longevity and health, including diet, exercise, lifestyle, and others.

Dr Agrawal received his medical degree from Sawai Man Singh Medical College and has been in practice for more than 20 years. He is founder of The Human Yoga Project whose ​focus is integrating Blue Zone philosophies into everyday life ​to increase longevity and live a healthier more connected lifestyle. He is an Interventional Cardiologist at Athens Heart Center, and he developed the Doctors Accountable Care Organization which seeks to implement better independent practices that work for the patients and physicians while setting an example of true, patient-oriented service to those that follow.
