According to blogger Matt (ForeverTwentySomethings.com), many people spend much of their time and energy demeaning their own looks, accomplishments, and lifestyle. Matt encourages readers to adjust their attitudes toward what life should look like by letting go of exceptional expectations and stopping comparing oneself to others. She relates many of her own faux pas and says that striving for the happy medium is more than okay and that wild success can be a burden. Matt's closing line, "You are good enough," sums up the inspiration in this book. VERDICT This delightful, fun read will especially appeal to teens and readers in their 20s and 30s.
