Stretch, Strengthen, and Sculpt your body with a PiYo (Pilates
& Yoga combo) class.The PiYo 60-minute session is led
by Vania Perry, a certified Group Exercise Instructor, PiYo LIVE Instructor, as well as Health and Wellness
Coach. This class has two 30 minute components; a 30-minute wellness talk followed by a
30 minute PiYo LIVE session.
