Event Details

Learn about an early contribution of the Afro-Canadian Community to Canadian history, the Niagara Rebellion of September, 1837. Author Michael Pawlowski will discuss how Solomon Moseby, an escaped slave from Kentucky, became the focal point of the rebellion with reference to his historical fiction book, Niagara Black Waters Flow Deep.

·        The Library is a public space. Attendance at Library Programs and events constitutes consent to be photographed for County of Brant Public Library publicity purposes. 

·        Names of individuals will be used in photograph captions only with express written consent on a Photo Permission Form.
