Program Policies

Refunds

·        If a program is cancelled by the Library, you will be contacted by telephone and a refund will be issued.

·        Registrants should notify the Library of any cancellations as soon as possible. Once a program has commenced no refunds will be issued.

Inclement Weather

·        Programs are cancelled if inclement weather has closed local schools. The Library will make every attempt to notify participants of any program cancellations and to reschedule cancelled programs. Refunds will not be issued.

Photography/Recording

·        The Library is a public space. Attendance at Library programs and events constitutes consent to be photographed for County of Brant Public Library publicity purposes. Names of individuals will be used in photo captions only with express written consent on a Photo Permission Form.
