Have you read or learned for 20 hours already this summer? Visit the library to claim your tote bag or pencil case! Summer Stride is the Library’s annual summer learning, reading and exploration program for all.
Watch fun and geeky examples from Vi Hart’s “Doodling in Math Class” videos, and then draw your own patterns based on geometry and nature. Come for one or both sessions. Each will be unique! All supplies provided.
Meet San Francisco’s very own Food Ethnographer and explore the worlds we are making and making ourselves ready for through food culture. This will be a fun group discussion with flavor tasting.
Bring any gently-used children's clothing, accessories and shoes for students entering kindergarten to fifth grades. Items should be stain-free, in good condition and require little to no repair.
Watch one, two or all three films inspired by Roald Dahl's classic -- from newest to oldest. Chocolate and vegan chocolate available while supplies last.
