Play with Purpose is a facilitated playgroup for families with young children ages 0–3 with mild to moderate concerns about child development centered around research-based, playful ways to support children’s emerging literacy, language skills and learning. Through gentle breathwork, mindful movement, and guided visualization with singing bowls, you’ll learn practical techniques to ease stress, feel more grounded, and navigate daily life with greater clarity and calm.
