Virtual Sewing Workshop: Mysterious Folded Bag In-Person
For ages 10+, join us virtually via Zoom. For a limited time, the recording of this workshop is available on the Library's YouTube channel.
Join Patchwork Giraffe virtually to learn how to cut, piece, and fold fabric in a special way, then sew. You will be surprised when you turn it right side out and have a bag! This class does require you to have access to a sewing machine at home.
Supplies Needed:
- 12"x7" piece of outer fabric
- 10"x7" and 6"x7" piece of lining fabric
- 1 Button
- Thread
- Pins
- Sewing Machine
If you do not have access to the above supplies, please email creativelearning@carsoncitylibrary.org to schedule to pick up a sewing kit for this class (does not include sewing machine). Pick-ups can be scheduled for June 23 through June 26. A premiere card is not required to attend this virtual workshop. This workshop will be recorded and can be viewed at a later time.
