Friends of the Library Update

It’s March, and the Library Friends are thinking about spring. The daffodils are tentatively poking their heads out. The wind isn’t as chilling, and we’re dreaming of more daylight. To get everyone in the mood, we’re filling the bookstore with books on gardening, and outdoor building. And birds! The birds are coming back, and we’ve gotten a donation of colorful bird prints. The prints are approximately 8x10. If purchased in an art store they cost around $15 but we’re selling them at $1 each.

Please visit our bookstore! We are open Mondays 11 am to 3 pm and Thursdays 2 pm to 5 pm.

We CANNOT accept credit cards. Cash or check with local ID only.

We are always looking for volunteers to join our Friends of the Library group. You can work a few hours in the bookstore or help during our big book sales. Stop by during bookstore hours or leave a note at the Front Desk for Maggie for more information.
