The Friends of the Plainville Public Library, Inc. offer books for sale year-round at the entrance to the library and in the Friends' Hallway. Books are sorted into categories for easy browsing! Funds from the book and puzzle sales go directly to The Friends of the Plainville Public Library, Inc. to help support the library with programs, materials and passes.

SAVE THE DATE BIG PUZZLE SALE Saturday, May 24th, 8:30am to 12:00pm Town Hall Meeting Room
The Friends of the Plainville Public Library will hold their 9th Annual Big Puzzle Sale on Saturday, May 24th at the Town Hall Meeting room from 8:30am-12:00pm. The sale will continue in the library’s conference room during normal library hours from May 27-31.
Over 1,000 puzzles from 300 to 2,000 pieces and games. All puzzles have been completed by our puzzle volunteers to ensure completeness and are in bags. Prices are $2 unless otherwise marked for single puzzles, $3 for new puzzles, $5 for multi-pack puzzles and games from $1-$5. CASH ONLY.
DVD SALE There will also be a special DVD Sale from May 24-31 where all DVDs are 25 cents each. There are over 600+ DVDs available, and they are in front of the circulation desk in the library. CASH ONLY.
The library’s regular hours are Mon. & Tues. 9-5, Wed. & Thurs. 10-8, Fri. 1-5, and Sat. 9-1. Closed on May 26.
