Summer Reading is in Full Swing! Don't worry - it's not too late to register for summer reading. Come on by and register your kids (ages 6-12) to get your reading chain and tag to start collecting your Read and Beads. For every 15 minutes of reading you earn 1 bead. Trade up to get different cool beads!
Kids ages 5 and under can participate too. When they register they get an activity sheet. Complete 20 or more activities on a sheet and get a prize. There are 4 different sheets this summer for you to do. In-Library Scavenger hunt is available all week and is new every Monday. Toe Jam Puppet Band are Tom and Vinnie and they put on a great show that is exciting and interactive with children that grown ups will enjoy too! This program made possible with support form the Plainville office of the Massachusetts Cultural Council and the Friends of the Plainville Public Library.
