Summer Reading for Adults. July 30, 2020.
A peek at
Tantalizing Travelogues
collage of 9 book jackets
Since we can't leave our houses for exotic locales, read a book to bring the locale to you!

Nothing transports you elsewhere better than a book, and a good travelogue just might beat the quarantine blues.

Question time
Books and movies owned by your local libraries travel to the exotic locales of other WCCLS libraries every day through our courier delivery system! As the bird flies, which of the following pairs of WCCLS libraries are located the farthest away from one other?

(Not sure where to begin? Here's a map of all the WCCLS library locations to get you started!)

Library of the week
Tualatin Public Library
The Tualatin Public Library prides itself on being a cozy, communal space for people to hunker down and relax. Visitors to our library are greeted by a massive mastodon fossil that was unearthed nearby in 1962. When quarantine isn't letting you enjoy our fireplace and mastodon fossils, why not check out our digital content on our website?
