Kids Summer Reading
Welcome to Summer Reading!  Please register each child separately with this form in order to participate in the Library's Summer Reading Program. This summer's theme is "Imagine Your Story"!  

"Participation" means that after registering your child using this form, we'll contact you when your child's Summer Reading packet is ready for curbside (lobby) pickup. The packet will contain: a Reading Log; a Book BINGO Card/Raffle Ticket with stickers; a Bookmark; a Fun-to-Color Mask (choose from Dragon, Knight, or Unicorn); and, a Voucher for a free kiddie cone at Dairy Queen, Hanover (while supply lasts)!

All participation in the Summer Reading Program is entirely optional, according to each child's and family's preferences. The intention of summer reading is for everyone to experience the joy of reading as part of a relaxing and enjoyable summer!

The BINGO Card/Raffle Ticket may be returned to the library anytime before the Raffle Drawing on August 21, with at least one row completed. Write the child's name and phone number on the Raffle Ticket and place the card in the box at the Library. For each additional row completed, we will add your child's name to the drawing for an "Imagine Your Story" Book Bag-- the more rows completed, the better the chance to win a Book Bag!
