The Boston Bruins, Cradles to Crayons, Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners, and Wonderfund are once again partnering to rally communities in support of children in need across Massachusetts with a pajama drive! We are looking for brand-new pajamas, appropriate for all seasons, and in all sizes.
Please do not give pajamas that include any family or holiday references, and refer to our Quality = Dignity guidelines.Your donations will help provide thousands of children with a warm pair of pajamas!
The library will be accepting pajama donations from February 2 - March 14. |

A multi-generational saga that follows an American family over eighty years, centering on their secluded Vermont refuge and their evolving relationship with the "age of oil." The novel explores the intersections of family loyalty, geopolitical intrigue involving the CIA, and the shifting moral landscape of postwar America through the late 20th century.

Transit 101 is a group travel training opportunity presented by the MBTA Mobility Center's Travel Training team. Highlights will include an overview of MBTA service, accessibility and safety features, and transit options outside of the MBTA. Following the presentation, the Travel Training team will remain at the library to assist individuals with reduced fare applications on a drop-in basis. These are available to anyone age 65+, anyone who has a documented disability, or anyone who receives MassHealth or assistance from Mass DTA. Participants intending to apply for Reduced Fare should bring Photo ID with them.

Meg Mitchell Moore began writing as soon as she figured out how the cursive 'T' and 'F' were different and hasn’t stopped since. She worked for many years as a copyeditor, editor, and writer for a variety of nonfiction publications before turning to fiction, publishing her first novel in 2011. She has since published eight more novels, all but one set in New England. Her busy household includes one husband, a rotating cast of three teen and young adult daughters, and two exuberantly shedding golden retrievers. Her new novel, Down with the Shipmans, which is set on the New Hampshire seacoast, will be out June 2, 2026.

Hello Pokemon Trainers! Are you ready to get your game on at the Bridgewater Public Library? - Bring your own cards. We'll have a few extras to make a deck.
- Trades are encouraged and part of the excitement! The student trainer will be available to provide guidance in an effort to make trading an enjoyable experience for all, but each person is responsible for his or her own trades. The club and library are not liable for any trades.
- The Club will be run by a student trainer and is open to kids 6-12 years old. A guardian must remain with kid(s).

Bridgewater Public Library's 2025 Flora T. Little Fellow, Anna Connor, will be presenting her research on Louise Dickinson Rich's 1955 memoir of growing up in Bridgewater, Innocence Under the Elms and the role such memoirs can play in the study of history.
An accompanying exhibit will be on display in the library's museum gallery space. The presentation will be followed with a brief question and answer session. |
