The Massasoit Amateur Radio Association (MARA) is having a Get on the Air/ Open House event at the Portuguese Holy Ghost Society parking lot located 352 Broad St. in Bridgewater on Saturday, September 26th from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. If you have ever wondered what Amateur (HAM) Radio is about or what it could be like to have a radio contact with stations hundreds or even thousands of miles away, please stop by and visit us at this family friendly event. We will have various portable amateur radios on the air and licensed operators available to answer any questions or even allow some folks to "Get on the Air". The MARA club is based in Bridgewater and has monthly club meetings at the new Bridgewater Fire Department Headquarters on the third Tuesday of the month at 6:30 pm.

About the Artist
Eileen Riley is a dynamic artist from rural Massachusetts, where the ocean, woodlands, and farmlands fuel her creative vision. Trained in sculpture at the University of Massachusetts, she has explored pottery, mentored aspiring artists, and taught 3D design, photography, drawing, and painting at Bishop Stang High School. Beyond the classroom, Eileen’s imaginative set designs have enriched school productions. Renowned for her vibrant collages, she regularly exhibits in galleries and museums, takes on commissions, and continues to hone her craft through private lessons, art classes, and inspiration from global gallery visits.

Hello Pokemon Trainers! Are you ready to get your game on at the Bridgewater Public Library? - Bring your own cards. We'll have a few extras to make a deck.
- Trades are encouraged and part of the excitement! The student trainer will be available to provide guidance in an effort to make trading an enjoyable experience for all, but each person is responsible for his or her own trades. The club and library are not liable for any trades.
- The Club will be run by a student trainer and is open to kids 6-12 years old. A guardian must remain with kid(s).
