Need a car seat? The Bridgewater Fire Department is here to help!
The department has a supply of free car seats—from infant seats to boosters—for those in need. Even if you don't think you qualify, please reach out to them. If a car seat is available, they will arrange to have it professionally installed for you. If they're out of stock, they can still point you toward other resources.
In addition to providing car seats, the department also offers a service to inspect and install car seats that you already own, free of charge.
If you would like a referral form, please click here. Scroll down until you see FFY 2025 Child Passenger Safety Educaion and Assistance Program Notice of Solicitation Applications |

Thursday, August 28 at 1PM | The TaleSpinners has existed for nearly twenty years and is open to all. The TaleSpinners meet on Thursdays, year round, from 1-3 PM in the Mary Jarvis Conference Room.
The TaleSpinners encourage all sorts of writing: memoir, poetry, short stories, and/or novels. The TaleSpinners write in all genres: mystery, thrillers, science fiction, romance, humor. We engage in gentle, helpful, and encouraging critiques of one another’s writing, and everyone gets a chance to share their work.
We ask each writer to come with copies of his/her work for the rest of the group to write their comments and suggestions upon.

Find a Design or Build Your Own |
Find a design on Thingaverse or build your own using Tinkercad.
These designs can then be downloaded as an .STL file and emailed to referencedept@sailsinc.org. A librarian will determine whether the design can be printed and how much it will cost.
3D prints are priced by the gram. Payments are cash only. 3D Printing takes a long time! Turn around time is dependent of how many prints are in the queue. Don't want to wait? Visit our reference desk to see what ready-made prints are available for purchase.
