Meg has been working as a Registered Dietitian for 15 + years. She has a diverse nutrition background in a variety of areas including Eating Disorders, Weight Loss, Cardiac Disease, Gastrointestinal Disorders, Food Intolerances/Allergies, and Diabetes.
In this first session of four with Harmony With Food, Meg O'Rourke will address why you are tired all the time?
Fatigue has many causes that aren't always easy to figure out, but we have the technology now to dig deeper and find the root cause.
Chronic fatigue can stem from various factors, including an unbalanced gut microbiome, micronutrient deficiencies, and thyroid issues. Addressing these imbalances through targeted therapies can restore vitality and well-being. At Harmony with Food, we aim to empower patients with the knowledge and tools to optimize their health through functional medicine.

Join Meg O'Rourke of Harmony With Food for her second session of 4. In this session, Meg will speak to how weight loss resistance can stem from factors often overlooked in standard medical evaluations.
Micronutrient deficiencies, termed "hidden hunger," may disrupt metabolism, endocrine, and immune functions, yet routine tests often miss these deficiencies. By focusing on root causes rather than temporary solutions, individuals can achieve sustainable weight loss and improved overall health.
