Join Meg O'Rourke of Harmony With Food for her second session of 4. In this session, Meg will speak to how weight loss resistance can stem from factors often overlooked in standard medical evaluations.
Micronutrient deficiencies, termed "hidden hunger," may disrupt metabolism, endocrine, and immune functions, yet routine tests often miss these deficiencies. By focusing on root causes rather than temporary solutions, individuals can achieve sustainable weight loss and improved overall health.
At Harmony with Food, we aim to empower patients with the knowledge and tools to optimize their health through functional medicine. Registration Required. |

Join Sandy Waters as she shares her journey into mediumship!
Her years of learning and teaching have taught her that we all have the gift of connecting to the other side. Like learning any language, it’s about investing time to learn how it works.
She will share ways that your loved ones connect with each of you followed by sharing a few messages. The event will end allowing time for questions and answers.
About Sandy Waters:
Sandy Waters is a gifted medium based in the Boston area, celebrated for her heartfelt private readings and sought-after group events that often sell out. Her path to mediumship began in 2012 following the profound loss of her father. Through messages received from other mediums, Sandy found comfort in knowing her father's spirit was still with her, inspiring her to help others find the same peace.
Guided by exceptional teachers, she developed her intuitive gifts to bring healing to those navigating the pain of loss. Sandy’s work, whether in one-on-one sessions or in larger gatherings, focuses on delivering meaningful connections with loved ones in spirit, offering hope and comfort to those who seek it. | Registration Opens May 17 at 10AM |

In this virtual session with Meg O'Rourke of Harmony With Food, Meg will speak about Firmicutes and how studies have shown that a higher abundance of Firmicutes in the gut microbiome is associated with increased energy absorption and fat deposition, potentially leading to weight gain.
This suggests that an imbalance in gut bacteria may contribute to weight loss resistance. Addressing such imbalances through dietary changes and functional nutrition approaches could aid in achieving sustainable weight loss and improved health.
At Harmony with Food, we aim to empower patients with the knowledge and tools to optimize their health through functional medicine.
A link to the event will be emailed the day before the event. |

Monday, May 19 at 5PM | Monday Night Genealogy Drop-In: Find a Community While Searching for your Ancestors.
The Bridgewater Public Library invites all family historians to meet informally on Monday evenings to research together! Whether you have been researching for years or you’re just getting started, it’s always more fun to work together.
Bridgewater Public Library subscribes to Ancestry Library Edition (so you don’t have to) and we recently became a FamilySearch Affiliate Library, too. We also have many resources in the History Room. All of this is available anytime the library is open, of course, but we’re hoping that researching together on Monday nights will help us build a genealogical community while we each build our family trees.
