Children ages 0-5 are invited to... Complete each activity on the Pre-Reader Summer Challenge sheet with a parent or caregiver. Return the completed sheet to the library to receive a prize from our prize box. Children ages 6-12 are invited to... Move along the Summer Reading Challenge game board by completing the activities in each square. Raffle tickets enter you for the weekly gift card drawing. Drawings take place July 1- August 12. The more raffle tickets you get; the more chances you have to win!

CactusHead Puppets presents Bremen Town Musicians Tuesday, June 27th 10am - North Branch 2pm - Southworth CactusHead Puppets brings to life the hilarious tale of four farm animals who set out on the road to Bremen to pursue their dreams of stardom. Along the way, they encounter a fortune, foil some robbers, and learn how to work together in harmony. This production features lovable rod puppets, elaborate shadow scenes, and CactusHead puppets' signature sense of humor. No registration required.

Join In! Tuesday, July 11th 10:30am - North Branch 2pm - Southworth Sing, Dance & Join right in Diane’s Musical Stories in this fun-loving family event. We’ll learn the song of the wind in the Old Apple Tree tale and act out rainforest animals in the Amazon story of Kibungo, joining together to defeat a great, big, smelly monster! Circus Minimus - One Man Circus in a Suitcase Tuesday, August 8th 10:30am - North Branch 2pm - Southworth The One-Man Circus in-a-Suitcase gives everyone an opportunity to participate in an enthralling, whimsical celebration of the imagination. From Kevin O’Keefe’s suitcase an entire circus emerges: tent, band, lights, the boisterous ringmaster Steve Fitzpatrick, the officious Mervin Merkle, the incredible Bumbilini Family, the Magician to the Stars Clyde Zerbini, and Keefer–an innocent trying torunaway and join the circus.
