Dinoman Dinosaurs! Tuesday, July 5th2pm Southworth Library With magic, merry mayhem, and magnificent props, the audience is taken on a trip throughout the mesozoic era. How do we know dinosaurs were here? What is a fossil? How are they made? This program is fun and informative for all ages.

Trail Mix! Tuesday, July 12th2pm Southworth Library Step off the Beaten Path and into the Big Outdoors in this fun-loving participatory program with award-winning storyteller Diane Edgecomb. We’ll go on a fossil dig in Montana to discover a new dinosaur, sing out campfire and trail songs and take on the world’s sassiest bugs all before we break out our lunch pails .

Henry the Juggler Tuesday, July 19th 2pm Southworth Library This show combines juggling and non-verbal comedy with loads of audience interaction. Bonus, Henry the juggler brings a bucket of beanbags and teaches juggling at the end. Suitable for all ages.

Pumpernickel Puppets: The Three Billy Goats Gruff & The Lion and the Mouse Tuesday, July 26th 2pm Southworth Library Two classic tales make up this wonderful show. In The Three Billy Goats Gruff, the quick-witted billy goats outsmart the troll, but the troll isn’t really mean – he’s just green, has a snaggletooth, and lives under a bridge. In The Lion and the Mouse, two unlikely friends – one very big and one very small – learn to help each other to solve their problems. Performed with colorful, friendly hand puppets. This show is recommended for ages 3 & up.

Flying High Dogs Tuesday, August 2nd2pm Southworth Library Mike Piazza performs with some of the most athletic Border Collies on the planet to entertain audiences of all ages. This act is very youth and family friendly! With a variety of frisbee & other entertaining tricks during the performance, what sets this show apart from other acts is the heavy volume of audience participation. Fully insured.

Baby Songs at Southworth Every other Thursday June 30,July 14 & 28 10am Join Miss Christie for songs, bounces, finger plays, a story and more! This program is a parent-child sing-along which is best suited for children birth to 2 years of age, but children under 3 years of age are welcome.

Storytime at Southworth Every other Thursday July 7,21 & August 4 11am Join Miss Christie for a fun-filled half hour of stories, songs, and finger plays. A different theme each week. Best for ages 3-5, but younger siblings welcome.
