Hello from the Dartmouth Public Library! We are getting more and more back to normal and you can come inside without restrictions at last.
Have You Visited the North Branch Yet?
The North Branch Library located at 211 Cross Rd. is now fully open! In addition to materials to borrow, we offer public computers, a photocopier, quiet study rooms, special kid's computers, free WiFi, outdoor seating, notary services, newspapers & magazines. Our eco-friendly landscaped meadow is currently bursting with wildflowers. The large windows look out to the woods and you just might see a deer or wild turkey. We invite to come experience the newest library here in Dartmouth. We're open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, except Thursday 12-8pm.
Friends Virtual Gardening Event
Kate Donovan, who gave a popular virtual lecture on gardening for the Friends in February, helps clients grow food through lectures, garden planning, soil testing, tilling, and building raised beds. She’s the founder of a 69,000-member Facebook gardening group called “Vegetable, Fruit, Herbs and Flower Gardening.” Kate maintains seven extra-long raised beds, considers her home her horticulture laboratory, and tries new varieties and techniques every year.
