Please join us for an hour long community yoga practice at the Mansfield Public Library! This will be a level 1-2 Hatha yoga class that will offer plenty of modifications. The focus of this class will be on connecting the mind with the body through a series of gentle movements. Prior knowledge of hatha yoga poses will be helpful, but is not required. Please bring a yoga mat and water to class. If you have them, 2 yoga blocks and a towel to provide extra padding for your knees would be helpful.
Revonda Mehovic started practicing yoga in the late 1990s. More recently, she was inspired to teach yoga in order to share the benefits she gained from having a more regular practice. IN PERSON Planning for Medicare Countdown to 65 Thurs., Mar 23rd, 6:30PM
Planning for Medicare-Countdown to 65 is a comprehensive seminar that helps people approaching Medicare eligibility understand their health insurance options outside of their employer-sponsored coverage, whether they are planning to retire or not. Many employees need help understanding the coverage options available to them when they approach Medicare eligibility. This is especially true for those that plan to retire and are leaving their employer-sponsored coverage. For these employees, retirement may be the first time they don’t have a Human Resources representative helping to explain their health plan. The Planning for Medicare—Countdown to 65 seminar helps your employees make an informed decision about their individual health coverage options. Presented by Bill Rowbottom, Senior Plan Consultant, Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Massachusetts This event is free and open to all. Registration recommended for courtesy email reminder.
