With December here and the Holiday Season soon upon us, don't forget about the Friends of the Dighton Public Library's gift card fundraiser as you look to complete your holiday shopping. The due date for submitting orders is Monday December 2nd at 8:00, and all proceeds raised will go towards the new Library. For more information about the Friends, visit their website and stay up to date on all the good work they do in support of Library operations. Speaking of the new Library, students from Bristol Plymouth's Electrical Technology program have resumed work on the interior renovations at 207 Main Street, and we are grateful for their hard work. Don't forget that we will be closed on Wednesday November 27th through Friday November 29th due to Thanksgiving. We will reopen and resume our regularly scheduled hours on Saturday November 30th. During Christmas week, we will be open from 12:00 to 5:00 on Monday December 23rd, 10:00 to 2:00 on Tuesday December 24th, and closed Christmas Day for holiday hours.
