Winter Reading Challenge on Beanstack
January 1 - February 28
Warm up this winter and stay motivated to read while the cold weather keeps you indoors. Find out more about Beanstack and download the app to register.
For age 17 & under:
Grand Prize: 3 LEGO sets 
(1 for each age group: Pre-K, Elementary, Teen)
  • Receive a sticker for registering for the challenge
  • Earn entries into the Grand Prize drawing:
    > for each hour you read (up to 12)
    > for each book review you submit (up to 6)
  • Win prizes for reading for 4, 8 & 12 hours
For age 18+: Grand Prize : $100 VISA gift card
  • Earn entries into the Grand Prize drawing by:
    > reading your 3rd & 6th books
    > completing the two extra genre reading activities
    > completing the entire challenge (6 books, 6 reviews, 2 extra genre
       
    activities)
  • Receive a pendant craft kit for submitting 3 reviews

Join us for a live, online conversation with author Liz Moore as we embark on a tale of thrilling twists and disturbing disappearances.
 
Moore is the author of five novels: The Words of Every Song, Heft,The Unseen World, the New York Times bestselling Long Bright River, and The God of the Woods.
 
A winner of the 2014 Rome Prize in Literature, Moore lives in Philadelphia and teaches in the MFA program in Creative Writing at Temple University.
